12. Prohibited Items
Luxigo Delivery Service strictly complies with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. For safety, legal, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept or deliver the following items:
- Illegal goods or substances (including narcotics, counterfeit items, or prohibited imports).
- Live animals, birds, reptiles, insects, or any living creatures.
- Hazardous materials (such as explosives, flammable liquids, toxic chemicals, or radioactive items).
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and related equipment.

- Perishable items that require special temperature control (unless pre-approved).
- Currency, precious metals, jewelry of high value, or negotiable instruments without prior written agreement.

🚫 Important: If a customer attempts to send any prohibited items, Luxigo Delivery Service reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or report the shipment to the relevant authorities.
13. Cancellation & Return Policy
At Luxigo Delivery Service, we understand that plans may change. To ensure fairness to both our customers and drivers, the following cancellation and return terms apply:
- Free Cancellation: Orders cancelled before a driver is assigned or before heading to the pickup location will not incur any charges.
- 50% Cancellation Fee: If a driver has already been assigned and is en route to the pickup location or has arrived, a 50% cancellation fee of the agreed delivery charge will apply.
- 100% Cancellation Fee: If the driver has already picked up the package and is heading for delivery, the full delivery fee (100%) will be charged.
- Receiver Unavailable / Return to Sender: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery and a return trip to the pickup location is required, an additional return delivery charge will apply.
⚠️ Note: These charges are in place to compensate for time, fuel, and resources already committed by our drivers once a delivery order has been accepted.
